It’s a way of life, not a quick fix!!

There are many people who proclaim to be able to give you food plans or diets that will enable you to lose some serious weight in a very short amount of time which is a fantastic achievement in anyones book. However, while I won’t contest that this will work what we have to be mindful of is the maintenace of the loss.

Such a loss comes with some very strict controls over food intake that is not sus
tainable into “real life”.

A food plan is a way of life, a means to change the way you use food to fuel your life but something not just for the now but for the future. It evolves with you and grows with you and more importantly it becomes you. No more yoyoing with weight, its managed.

Remember that it’s not how quick you get to your goal but it’s how long you stay their that’s important.
